Questions and answers
Do I need to book?
No. Walk in any day we are open and use the baths, the heat rooms, the rest floor and the kitchen. Book ahead for a treatment, and call for a group of eight or more.
What do I wear?
Street clothes to the front hall, then the top and shorts we give you for the shared floors. The baths are unclothed, as at spas in Korea, and a towel is provided. The rules page goes room by room.
How long can I stay?
Day entry lasts up to six hours. Last entry is two hours before we close.
Can my family come together?
Yes. Children 6 to 15 come with a parent or guardian who stays with them, and they use the rest floor, the kitchen and the cool room. The heat rooms are for guests 16 and older.
What should I bring?
A change of clothes, and a hair tie if you need one. We give you a towel, a uniform and a locker key, and soap and shampoo are in the baths. Leave valuables at home.
Where do I park?
In the lot behind the building, which holds a car for every guest at once on most days. The entrance is on Old Denton Road.
Are the baths really unclothed?
Yes, as at spas in Korea. The women's and men's baths are separate, and a towel is provided for the walk to the locker. If that is not for you, the heat rooms, the rest floor and the kitchen are open to everyone in the uniform.
Do the heat rooms get very hot?
They are warm to hot, and the cool room is beside them for a reason. Go in for as long as it feels comfortable, shower, drink water and come out. The policies page says who should ask a doctor first.
Can I leave my phone on the rest floor?
Please keep it in the locker. The floors are kept quiet, and there are no photos anywhere inside.
Who speaks Korean?
Seokjin, Kyungsook and Joonyoung speak Korean and English, and so do many of the thirty of us on the floors.
