How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown at the front hall and when you book. Here is what sets them, and how deposits, cancelling, tips and gift cards work.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: the kind of entry, how long a treatment is, who you book with, and the number of people in a group.
Day entry or evening entry
The length of a treatment
Any add-on, and the level of the person you book
A group of eight or more, booked by phone
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and add the time if the schedule allows.
Deposits
Entry needs no deposit, and neither does a single treatment. A group of eight or more holds its tables and lockers with a card, and it goes toward the visit.
Tell us a day ahead and we will move or cancel a treatment without trouble. If you arrive late for a treatment, we shorten it so the next guest isn't kept waiting. Read the policies for the rest.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one at the front hall for whoever looked after you.
Gift cards and packages
A gift card works for entry or any treatment. Ask at the front hall, or buy one online.
